We live in the fallacy that to become fit, we must 'go to the gym' and that an abundance of fancy
equipment is needed. This is far from the truth and the fact of the matter is you need little or none
of this. Gravity is always working, and therefore, you are always provided with the necessary resistance
to train your body anytime and anywhere. Most people simply need GUIDANCE. That is what StayFitAnywhere

The StayFitAnywhere (SFA) philosophy about fitness differs from models of traditional gyms and
health clubs. We believe that fitness should embody ALL components of fitness and not
just the 5 Health Components: Muscular Endurance, Muscular Strength, Muscular Flexibility,
Aerobic Endurance, and Body Composition. SFA also believes postural fitness is an additional
component of fitness.
Proper daily postural habits improve musculoskeletal balance, reduce mechanical stress on the body and decreases the risk for back and neck pain.
With the steady incline in people having desk jobs which require working in a continuous sitting position, basic body posture becomes compromised, and physical problems can manifest.
Today’s health clubs and gyms disregard this need to address the postural component of fitness and SFA strives to acknowledge the
necessity of incorporating the 6 Skill-Related Components of physical
fitness: Agility, Balance, Coordination, Power, Reaction-Time, and Speed
